So far I’ve managed to get out and climb more this year than all my previous years combined, which is nice.
This first set of photos is from the crag Aspen on two different occasions. We climbed on the sectors Nalle Puh and Fikahyllan.
This next set comes from a trip to Gubben i berget where we mostly climbed on the very aptly named sector Utsikten. We also checked out a route on Nåid. The sector we had planned to climb on was unfortunately very crowded so that will have to keep until another time.
The day was honestly way too hot for any decent climbing but it was nevertheless quite enjoyable.
Instead of being too hot our trip to Utby featured intermittent rain for the whole day. Fortunately the routes we climbed managed to remain fairly dry.
We climbed at the sectors Kenneths led and Skivblocket. This was the first time I tried trad climbing. I didn’t place any gear but perhaps that will be something to try next time.
The climbing was fairly easy and very enjoyable, which meant I could bring my camera up with me without any problems.
